Microsoft will require a doctor's referral for acupuncture benefits. Cigna has very strict rules regarding
acupuncture, please contact them directly for acupuncture benefits.
Also, please note that Medicare does not cover
acupuncture, if your insurance plan is secondary to Medicare, it
usually does not cover acupuncture. Also, we currently do not accept
medical coupons or Labor & Industries (L&I) claims. As we
are a preferred provider for both Blue Cross and Blue Shield, we can
bill out of state Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance plans,
however, we do urge you to call your insurance company directly for
your acupuncture benefits.
Please call your insurance company regarding your individual plan
for specific benefits, as we do not know the specifics of every
single plan. The phone number should be on the front or back of your
insurance card. We may check your acupuncture benefits for you when you
come in for an acupuncture or office visit.
